1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pumprocket.io you confirm you have read and agree to be legally bound by this disclaimer. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Risk Warning

Participating involves wagering SOL, a volatile cryptocurrency. You may lose the entire amount wagered. All bets are final and irreversible. The Platform has an inherent house edge — expected return over time is less than the amount wagered. Every round is statistically independent; past results do not predict future outcomes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you are acting on your own behalf. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.

4. Restricted Territories

The Platform is not available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, or any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or subject to OFAC/EU/UN sanctions. Use of VPNs to circumvent restrictions is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Blockchain & Deposit Risks

All blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed. By using this Platform you acknowledge:

Deposit attribution: Your account balance is credited based on the wallet address you have connected. If you send SOL from a wallet other than your connected Phantom wallet, those funds will not be credited to your account and will be permanently lost. No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Network risk: Solana congestion or outages may delay or fail transactions. pumprocket.io is not liable for losses caused by network issues.
Wallet security: You are solely responsible for your wallet and private keys. pumprocket.io will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
Transaction fees: On-chain fees (gas) are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Third-party wallets: We are not responsible for issues arising from Phantom or any other wallet software.

Always deposit from your connected wallet. Funds sent from any other address cannot be recovered and no refund will be provided.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Limitation of Liability

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.
